DIGITAL SERVICE DELIVERY
After your payment is successfully approved, you will be provided access to your service.

Step 2: Delivery Email
• Within 15 minutes of payment approval, access credentials are sent to your email.
Step 3: Service Activation
• You can immediately access your service using the link or credentials provided.
DELIVERY TIME
• Normal Business Hours (09:00 - 18:00): Within 15 minutes of payment approval
• Outside Business Hours: After approval, service access will be provided the next business day at 09:00
• Weekends and Public Holidays: Service access will be provided the next business day

Secure Payments
All payments are protected by Iyzico using 3D Secure technology. Your card information is not stored on our servers and is transmitted directly to Iyzico.

• Bank Transfer / EFT: Wire Transfer and Electronic Fund Transfer
DELIVERY FAILURE CASES
1. If your email address is entered incorrectly, please update it in your account settings

LEGAL RIGHTS
Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502): You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your service without providing any reason.
WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS LIMITATIONS
The right of return may not be valid in the following cases:

REFUND PROCESS

• If payment was made with a credit card, refund will appear in 5-15 business days
• If payment was made by bank transfer, refund will be credited in 3-5 business days
• AFEA YAZILIM is not responsible for delays caused by the bank
